  I am a transplant to Minneapolis, and a new patient to Serene Oaks. I spent a lot of time researching dentists, trying to figure out who would be able to provide the best quality care and a great customer experience. I can, without a doubt, say that Serene Oaks offers both great quality dental care and customer experience. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff greets you, and appears to know every patient by name, which was a change of pace from being a patient to being a person. After filling out all the paperwork necessary to proceed with my visit, which they will mail to your address prior to your visit so you do not have to arrive 30 minutes before your initial visit, I was brought back to speak with a dental consultant who was very easy to talk to, took x-rays, and answered any questions I had. From there I met with Dr. Horn who is phenomenal. Very professional, and explained what she was seeing in my X-rays; she moved around her schedule to give me a filling that day knowing that I was flying to New York the next day. Before getting the filling, I met with my hygienist, Gracia, for a cleaning - great person, easy to talk to, and was extremely thorough - highly recommend her if you're looking for a cleaning. After my cleaning, Dr. Horn and Melissa spent hours making sure my fillings were well done and formed to not cause future discomfort. Overall 5 star experience. Serene Oaks Dentistry sets the bar high, and is a place that embodies the term customer care and professionalism. Other dental offices should consult with them on how to make patients feel like people. I am definitely coming back.

  The staff at Serene Oaks Dental are simply amazing. I cannot say enough great things about them. They are courteous, kind, caring, compassionate and so easy to work with! Their authentic interest and care for those they work for/with blows me away. My daughters do not hate the dentist -- in fact, they love when it is time to go! And in that regard, I would love to give them a SIX STAR REVIEW. I guess 5 will have to do. :-) Thanks Serene Oaks -- we so appreciate you!
